It seems to be possible for a local event to have traditional qualities only by preparing a ground that can reveal the moving, changing, transporting and dynamic veins of the local. The agreements arising from a participatory pluralism and a ground for discussion, self-financing and the ability to truly listen to the local, and to ensure that the participants are able to establish a bond of heart, can make them areas that nourish tradition and reproduce folklore much more than many activities that roll around in the noise and claim to be traditional.
